We guarantee that all hair products sold are 100% authentic and as described. Due to the nature of human hair, there may be slight variations in texture or color. Each bundle or wig is unique.

 

 

Hair Care & Maintenance

We are not responsible for hair that is damaged due to improper care, coloring, bleaching, or styling after purchase. We recommend professional care for best results and longevity.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, all orders are final.

Fraud Protection
All fraudulent transactions will be reported. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraudulent activity.
