Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is not the correct texture, length, or style that you ordered.

To be eligible for a refund under these conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• The wig must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
• You must provide photo and/or video proof showing the issue

If your order meets the above criteria, we will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement.
